Plug in installed, activated, but nothing there?

    I installed this as I wanted to make a blog somewhat of my stuff on flickr.
    Installed the plug in both manually by uploading via FTP, and also using the "add new" from the plug in manager. Both installed the plug in, I activate it, and then go to Edit the settings, and I get a blank page with no options. I have no way to authenticate the flickr account or post items. Help?

    and of course, i press one thing and everything settles back into place and works fine. Gah! Sorry!
